Nautical Systems Announces Staff Changes For Europe/Middle East

(Houston, TX---) ABS Nautical Systems, the leading
provider of fleet management software for the marine and offshore industries,
announces personnel changes in its Piraeus, Greece, office further strengthening
the structure of its market coverage in Europe and the Middle East.
- Evangelos Valsamis has been promoted to Manager of Sales and Business
Development for ABS Nautical Systems for Europe/Middle East. An engineer,
Valsamis has been able to work in collaboration with clients to develop an
analytical approach that will work best for each client’s needs. With
his technical background as a Mechanical Engineer and his experience in the
Nautical Systems SafeNet suite of products, he is able to provide both technical
as well as training support. His pragmatic approach assures the greatest
value with each system implemented.
- Theodore Lagudis has been promoted to Manager of Operations for
ABS Nautical Systems for Europe/Middle East. Mr. Lagudis has played a key
role as Senior Product Consultant responsible for installations, training
and overall software support. In his new capacity he will be working even
more closely with clients providing them proven IT solutions for their individually
unique marine and offshore business challenges. Also an engineer, his ability
to comprehend each client’s specific needs has proven invaluable in
the implementation process across the full scope of the ABS-NS product line.
- Demetrios Koutrokois joins the ABS Nautical Systems staff as Consultant
focusing on support services for Europe/Middle East clients. His wide range
of software experience with companies like Dell and MicroSoft combined with
his Master’s of Science in Engineering uniquely positions him to work
with clients integrating the entire suite of ABS-NS software modules to maximize
its business impact. Koutrokois will report to Lagudis.
