Compliance with part A of the ISPS Code is mandatory and is effective as of 1 July 2004. The Nautical Systems suite of software products already contains many tools that will help ship owners and operators comply with the requirements of the ISPS Code. The entire code can be found in the ABS Guide for Ship Security. What will be covered at the User Conference? During this years conference we will include a session on the requirements of the ISPS code and how the Nautical Systems suite of software products can assist with your compliance effort. Clients will be encouraged to provide input on additional enhancements to the modules. A guest speaker, familiar with the ISPS Compliance effort, will provide additional information and will be available for questions. We look forward to seeing you at this years conference.
