Frank Liang

Frank is no stranger to this industry as he was among the handful pioneer group of people who successfully built up and promulgated the branding of BASS Solutions and grew the business for the Barber International group of companies from Norway. He was then, Head of Sales for the Pacific and had been instrumental in clinching several key client projects especially in South East and Northern Asia. As a result of a turnaround of events associated with Wilhelmsen Maritime Services, Barber International and its group of companies gone through a major organization restructuring where BASS was offered for an internal Management Buy out (MBO) exercise. Frank came to a crossroad of sorts and eventually made the difficult decision to leave after putting in 6 valuable years of work. During the interim period of the past 6 months, Frank had been with Spectec Asia Pacific as their Sales Manager.
Liang holds a B.A Degree in Business Management from Barat College, Lake Forest, Illinois, USA. His previous work experiences include stints with International Computer Ltd (ICL) Malaysia, Oracle Systems in Malaysia, and Fujitsu Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore.
